Natwest are a joke lol

I am trying to order some paper statements as need them as buying a flat, But really struggling as every time I speak to NatWest all they have ordered for me so far is A4 transaction list or A5 historic statements!

My solicitor won’t accept A4 Transaction list A5 historic statements PDF/Printed copies will only accept official bank statements like you get monthly!

All other banks offer this why can’t NatWest do it lol

Is there anyway I can get A4 official copy of my bank statements with NatWest or am I out of luck and it can’t be done at all!

I keep being told it can be done but then the agent orders the wrong thing

Will only accept official A4 copies

I am with Barclays Lloyds Halifax which all can provide A4 paper copies of my statements but Sadly NatWest are not helping

Thank you Barclays statements are fine! It’s NatWest that’s the issue!

I just wanna know if can order official A4 monthly paper copies or it can’t be done so be it!

most Banks you can either in branch on the phone or online order paper copies of bank statements but sadly I not sure if NatWest offer this service!

That link you posted it great but it show me how to order A4 THL or A5 historic statements that’s not what I am after!

No I am happy with my solicitor they will accept all my statements from my other banks it just NatWest I am having issue with!

I want serious answers!

If it can’t be done not end of the world

I tried that but they just printed official list of transactions for the last 4 months which they said might be useful!

Maybe I could copy all my statements at work on our big HP printer in one go! They might not notice who knows!

If not o well hopefully they will just accept my other Bank statements!

That’s who my Mortgage is gonna be with!

NatWest have been very good just this issue with my bank statements that’s annoying! Hopefully it can be sorted

They will accept official bank statements from any bank including NatWest!

They won’t accept any PDF/printed copies! A4 transactions lists or anything smaller than A4!

So yess they will accept NatWest statements just not the version they are sending me

I worked at NatWest / RBS customer service on the phones until 2018 and it was the case then that the only paper statements we could order were the transaction lists. It sounds like it hasn't changed.

I would be pointing the finger at the solicitor for being less than accommodating. No mortgage underwriter worth their salt is going to refuse bank statements printed from a pdf in this day and age.

They will accept A4 or A5 official copy statements! They won’t accept A4 transaction list or A5 historic statements
