Just wondering if anyone used Natwest's internet/telephone banking? I have been having issues every since opening an account with them.
Basically they ask you to setup a PIN and password to use to log in, which I have done (now multiple times after resetting) When you log in it then asks you for 3 characters of your password and 3 numbers from your PIN.
When I enter these, most of the time it says that they are incorrect, which the first few times I thought maybe I had entered them wrong. But it is happening so much, I've been checking 100% that I am entering the letters and numbers correctly and it still does not let me in.
Does anyone else get this issue?
