Natwest Roll Number

I was just trying to do a balance transfer on egg to clear off part of my overdraft and it asks for Sort Code, Account Number and roll/reference number. As how will Egg know which bank to get money from?

i'm with natwest and have an egg cc, all i put in was my sort code and account number

your sort code identifies the bank and branch location

I use egg I i think the ref number is literally that. A reference for you.
