I got myself a credit card for use online from NatWest. Activated the card fine but it seems you need to sign up on www.natwestsecure.com before you can use it for online transactions. The only problem is that site doesn't work and it hasn't for the last week or so. Is anyone able to get onto it? Wondering if it's something to do with my connection or whether the site is completely fubar'd.

iirc this is just an extra precaution some banks offer, iirc you dont need to use it.

Make sure you're using https://

It seems to work fine that way :)

Edit: I followed a link from natwest.com and it works fine

Actually I thought that too. I'm trying to find the link from the main natwest site instead. It's probably not but it doesn't hurt to be cautious.

Just go to credit cards on the first page, it's pretty obvious I was just too stupid to find it :o

ahh yea i got it....

it seems to be the .com site.....

i used the .org site, - to register - and this one seems to mask the web address when clicking the link back to natwest.com.....

Seems dodgy... i'm a little worried as to the real-ness of the .org one...

Alex

edit: ignore me..... it seems to be ok - my registered account works on the .com site, and it has the secure stamp....
