Navigation menu issue

Hello all, I have nearly finished my site, it is currently got a lot of random place holder text everywhere, anyway the issue I have is all the other menus align perfectly yet the image I wish to align as a button on the far left appears slightly higher than the others. It has the same dimentions and it is stored in a seperate div for later use of Jquery, any ideas?

Ok never mind, there was nothing wrong with the code the image just was raised by one pixel, anywho could anyway possibly give any tips on how to improve the layout of this site,
as in what you do like, what you don't like,
