Hi,

I’ve got a fairly lengthy vertical navigation menu with sub menus which I would like to hide. What’s the technique called for this?

I can't seem to find any web examples of this to aid my really poor description.

Not that I've ever implmented one before but I would call them collapsible menus. Try that in google.

If you mean what I think you mean, I just implemented this in my website

It's simple to do using this guide someone posted on this forum a couple of days ago.

Edit - just realised that collapsible menus are different to drop down menus

Ive managed to find a few examples so ill take a look and see how they are built etc. Cheers though.
