NB Heat?

it's seems no matter what voltage the nb on my mobi is allways scorching hot and the little fan on it makes a lot of noise so I'm worried about taking it off. Should I be worried?

I've just bought a 60mm fan for my NB to help with temps should be quieter (G search 780i mod)
What are your temps BTW?
Use everest ultimate trial version if your not sure!

update, The fan I picked to cool NB has worked by lowering temps a full 13 degrees... however this fan is set to 30% and is still loud, at 100% its mental, But I did pick the quickest so expected it!
