nc10 broken, hows the warranty ?

My 8 month old nc10 is packing up, a solid white display until the lid is opened to at least 120 degrees :(

Anyone had to deal with samsung warranties or is it a case of taking it back to the shop (*******) ?

I had the VERY same problem at the same time, Send it off to Samsung and they will give you a new Screen.

You get 1 years warrenty anyway on all Samsung Products, call them up they will send a driver to collect it and have it back to you in about 5 days.

Dont bother calling up the store from where you got it, call Samsung Directly.
 
Cheers JD, sounds like a straightforward process. Hopefully will find a number on their website & bell them Monday.
