ncb query

Hi
had an accident that was my fault and after speaking to the insurer have been told ill loose 2 years off my ncb. currently have 3. is this normal as always thought youd lose 1 if you have an accident

2 years is pretty standard. You can always check your policy docs.

thanks was always under the impression it was 1 year for 1 accident so werent sure if it was normal to lose 2
