NCB question

Why do some insurers not recognise NCB over 9 years... when you have should have 13 years ncb.. on the proof of NCB letter when you ask for it they state only 9 years NCB??

Don't really know but at a guess... once it's over nine years the statistical risk they implement is so low that further years makes no difference.

This basically. Once you have accrued 9 years NCB, an extra year is going to make virtually no improvement to your risk.
