NCD expiry

I've bought an E28 528i and have put it on my classic policy with AON along with my 911. Its unlimited miles and I expect the renewal for both cars to be about £300.

This means I can cancel my regular policy when I get shut of my Golf. I have 5 years NCD - how long does it last for if I don't use it on a car?

IIRC its 2 years.

2 years usually but if youre insured with tesco, its 3.

Right sounds good. Will just roll on my classic policy for now then, what a bargain that is!
