Hi All,

Yet another insurance renewal question from me!

I have found an insurance policy cheeper than the one being offered to me by my current provider, however i am not sure if the info i entered into the new quote is correct.

On my renewal form, it says includes the line 'Premium with 3 years (max 50%) no claims discount'. So does this mean when i am getting quotes i can enter 3 years NCD?? Yet i have only had my own insurance for 2 years, at the end of the current policy (08/05/06).

So confused!

Thanks

Nope, not done any pass plus stuff. Maybe its because i said that i have had my full license for 9 years? Anyway, if the renewal form from them says 3 years, could i use that as proof of NCD?

I phoned up my current insurance company and they said that they can only issue a proof of no claims until after the current insurance expires. Is that right? What would happen if i took out the new insurance and then the cetificate came through saying only 2 years. Would the new company just send a bill through or would they completely invalidate the insurance?

Beut!

I will give them a call again and confirm what it will say on the document.

I shall spot you a pint if i see you in Darwin bar! lol :D

Used to be. Graduated 4 years ago (i think). Still live and work down here. My house mate runs that bar, though he is moving out on sunday. :D
