Already looked there

Just tried to register my teamspeak seever that came with Guildwars SE and it says registrations have been disabled for Europe and to contact them.

The Contact section on the guildwars webby is pants too

had an email reply from them stating the offer is no longer valid.

However the box states:
The Free three (3) month Teamspeak/Speakeasy voice chat service is available for service initiated prior to April 28, 2006. Thereafter the voicechat service requires acceptance of additional agreements and payment of additional fee's.
