hi there ,

trying to install netdisc onto my pc and I keep getting this error:-

An error occured during registration
Facility: NDAS 0x10000
Error code: 1(0x0001)
communication to the NDAS service failed.
I then try to turn the NDAS service on and then get this error:-

The NdAS service services on local computer started then stopped.Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.

I am running netdisk 3.20.1523
on vista Ul;timate x64 with all the latest updates.

I do have this working on my laptops though (drive is connected to a
linsky router), one is running vista home prem the other xp pro

Any ideas what the problem is?

someone must have come across this error?
I just want the dam NDAS to work lol

is 64bit definitely supported by this device/drivers?

I have had the drivers off the website and they say they are for 64b vista.

problem solved......

Formatted and put my original vista 32 bit on

everything now works

DAM you vista 64 bit.....total waste of money
