NDA's

I'm curious as to how NDA's affect those that are not actually under one but are given info. ie if someone has been given pretty much all of the information for a hugely anticipated MMORPG that is in beta and wished to spill the beans so to speak. Does anyone know the legalities of such a scenario, if any at all?

We really don't care about Warhammer Online. Yawn, and I am currently playing AoC anyways.

I was in the warhammer beta and it's nothing worth telling. Oh and you just broke your NDA by telling people you are in AoC beta, unlike WAR you are NOT allowed to tell anyone you are in that one

When I was working at a past company we were about a release a new product from my team and The Times was offering £1500 to anyone who would spill the beans about it. As a student I probably should have done this
