NEC 20WGX2 Cracked

Hi,

Just got my NEC delivered, and when i turn it on it looks like its got an internal crack, theres lines all over the place and loads of dogi colours not what i was expecting for spending the better part of £400!

How do i get it replaced, is this down to OCUK or do i contact NEC directly? If so how long do NEC generally take with their onsite repairs?

Hi there

Just ring NEC and they should exchange it next working day for another brand new one. Any problems just ring OcUK but NEC is quicker turn-around and less hassle for all of us. :)
