NEC BIOS for overclocking

My friend has a 3200 754 Newcastle PC he bought from ** *****.

He's got an NEC K8T800-8237 board. He cant currently change any clock settings.

Do any of you guys know of a BIOS available that will allow him to do so?

Or is it a case of, if he wants to OC then he'll have to get a board?

I doubt there is a bios available. He'll need a new mobo, and knowing the purple people, new PSU, ram, case...well new PC really.
