Anyone going from here? Dates are 19th-27th of November.

Would love to go, but no chance unfortunately. Really want to see the 2012 refreshers of the current 'thou supersport lineups, see what is on offer, among just looking though the array of bike pr0n lol.

If anyone is going, get plenty of pictures of sexy ladies please :p.

I will be there on the 25th and 26th :) decided to do 2 days this year, never have any time to see the shows so this year going to watch most of the shows, take some pictures and look around the bikes and then on Saturday have a more chilled day looking around all the stands :)

So what's this show like? Being a new, back to biking after 20 years, biker, I am unfamiliar with the scene you youngsters are into these days.

One thing that seems a bit strange is the time of year it's on. I'd love to go there in the summer and see **** loads of bikes that people have travel there on. When I went to the BMF show in September, half the fun was seeing the bikes in the parking area.

How's that being justified? lol. Wish I could be going!

Got a station motorcycle club, we all pay on 20 quid a year and this is what some of that money is bein spent on. Got permission because the head of the club happens to be a warrant officer in the building I work in.

Jammy, I know. :D

I think they do it out of season so that bikers have something to keep themselves occupied. The show itself is awesome, take a look at the motorcycle live web page, there's loads of events an attractions. I can't wait!

Will be going on the 21st. Taking my mate who is recovering from a head on collision he had back in September (which snapped his bike in half), any excuse to lift spirits seeing all that bike/bird combo :D

The one thing that really grinds me about this is that parking for a car is £8!
Free if you are on your bike, fair enough, but if I want to buy a set of leathers then it's deffo the car.
After going a couple of years ago and being directed to parking a good 10 mins walk away, I think I may decline to go again.
Shame really:o

It's the NEC - it's the same for every event. And 10 mins walk is 'at really a hardship. It's also usually a bit cheaper if you buy your parking in advance

I'm tempted to go as not been for a couple of years, but don't want to be tempted by new metal when the gixxer is only 6 months old!

With travel , hotel , ticket and parking it was actually cheaper to go to Milan EICA to see the new metal for 2012.

Needless to say I shall be avoiding the NEC show like the plague. Not all manufacturers turn up , food and drink is crap and an outrageous price, hardly any 'bargains' to be had.

You were warned :D:D
