Nectar Vouchers

Ok, So i know what Nectar points do as ive redeemed them for DVDs in the past.

But i seem to have some physical paper vouchers too sayin "500 points"

What can i do with these (and yes i have checked the nectar site)

Yeah, i know i can get vouchers - eg 500 points - 2.50 off at sainsburys

But say ive got a shed load of vouchers, surely there is a list somewhere of places i can redeem, rather than going through every single reward on the website?

ok maybe im not explaing myself - i already have the voucehrs as in paper vouchers - how can i use these with places online....
