Ned Computer Which System?

Havent upgraded my computer since 2007 and i was wondering which of the two builds is better. I use the computer for surfing, light gaming (CS and FM2011), tiny bit of encoding for iphone videos and dvd's etc.

This which includes a SSD drive but i5 2500k:

Just noticed that but cant change it either.
Is the i7 8 cores and i5 4 cores?

System 1 does seem a nice option but what is the OcUK graphics card like?

Would i be better with a graphics card upgrade to the ATI 6870 for £30?

Or really go for the MSI Geforce 570?
