Need 2gb kit (advice plz)

Hi!!, first post

i upgraded my computer a month back and thought the memory i already had was sufficiant. but i realised its not

so .. im looking to buy a 2gb kit and not really sure which to get

Corsair 2GB DDR Value Select PC3200 CAS3.0 Kit (2x1GB) (VS2GBKIT400C3) (MY-080-CS)

OR

OcUK Value 2GB (2x1GB) PC3200 184pin DDR Memory Dual Channel Kit (MY-006-OK)

both are same price, currenty i have 1gb of memory which im going to scrap
pc2700 512mb (nanyo?) and pc3200 512mb (crucial). i play many online games and ive been adviced to upgrade.

what about the ocuk memory been duel channel? (dont know much)
