Need 400 or more psu

need an new psu for an p4 3.0 tryed 2 psus from here and they dont work and my mate is getting peeed off.
hes got an seasonic 350 with an T1 case.
ones we have tryed r FSP Sparkle FSP400-60 Blue Storm 400W ATX2.0 PSU and Seasonic S12 500W Silent ATX2.0 Power Supply but it will run fine with the 350 psu.
if i remember its an 3.0 on an ES7 E2

if the system doesn;t work with the fsp or the seasonic psu then chuck the entire system in the bin and build a new one.

seasonic and fsp are two of the best psu manufacturers around. something must be messed up for a system not to work with them. unless you got a really old AT motherboard that won;t take a ATX power socket
