I recently bought Windows 8.1 off of the Microsoft store intending to use it on my MBP for boot camp. As i downloaded it from a 32bit computer, I got the 32bit version of Win 8.1 which my MBP will only recognise the 64bit version.
What makes it tricky also is that my MBP cannot download the .ISO file, and doesn't have a CD drive so I have to do this via USB, which is possible, but need a copy of Windows 8.1 64bit.
I've spoken to MS, they suggest I download it off a 64bit system but no one I know has this configuration.
The short of it is where else might i be able to get Windows 8.1 64bit? I have the licence key but just need the .iso of the software to pop onto my USB stick.
