Need a 19" 4:3 second monitor

currently i have a 20" widescreen samsung, I'm very happy with it, and am thinking of getting a 19" normal ratio second monitor to keep msn and webpages up while i game.

Any recommendations? If you have a similar setup, I'd love to hear about it too.

oh and as cheap as possible between 100-140 pounds plz
