Need a 24" 4K monitor

Need advice on a 24" 4K monitor. No need for anything above 60Hz. Want IPS and extremely accurate colour. This will be my secondary monitor and will be used exclusively for video playback and similar use so the tiny text size @ 4K/24" is a non-issue.

Suggestions plz!

What about the higher end Dell 4K monitors? Would one of those be ok? There is one with 99% sRGB coverage. Not as good as the NEC but certainly not bad either.
