I want to buy a new laptop where I would be able to manage a few things, which I found or very expensive, or too big.
So what is my best option?

8GB RAM is the best option if possible right now. DDR3 is common too so should be pretty cheap to upgrade.

If it's not a memory question, go to the laptop forum and elaborate on your post a bit.
