Need a batch WMA > MP3 converter...

For my car stereo...

I want to convert lots of lossless WMA into hi-quality MP3s...

I would also like to be able to do it as one batch of files (buried in directories) that will then turn them into MP3s and make the same directories in another location...

dbpoweramp > google it, you will also need the codec for wma it's somewhere on there.
