Need a BB package for my parents

My parents are on Pipex at the moment paying something like £23 a month for a 2MB/8MB package (it was 2MB when they signed up not sure if it ever got upped to 8MB) they have been on it for years.

They are looking for a line rental/call/8MB unlimited bb package for reasonable money, not looking for any TV otherwise I would have suggested sky.

These are the available LLU providers on thier exchange;
AOL
O2 / Be
Sky / Easynet
TalkTalk (CPW)

What do you guys reckon the best bet is?
 
All i can recommend is that you stay away from talk talk (who i think now have something to do with AOL). Took them over 5 months to get me connected. They completley messed me about. The startup kit they send me was broken so i had to ring up support and the indians on the other end had no clue and when they couldnt sort it out they just hang up on you.

Avoid Talk Talk like the plague
 
I would go with O2 or Be* and a lot of people on here would recommend them too. Both AOL and TalkTalk are actually owned by Carphone Warehouse, I'd stay away from them if possible, they are an LLU but are not using ADSL2+ kit, they became a LLU operator to cut their costs.
