need a bigger car, suggestions?

There's really nothing to worry about on a 'high' milage WRX, the 2004 one i linked to has only done 9,500 miles a year.

Parts are so hilariously cheap on those things milage really isn't a concern as long as the body is in decent shape, break a gearbox? £200 for another, new up-rated discs and pads all round? £235 etc etc

Really?

I was having a good read through a scooby club forum and people was spending thousands up on thousands over a year fixing their scoobys.

Think they was STI's i was reading though, so a different story i guess?

Well i've got an STi and ive found it very cheap overall, if you get into modding yes its pretty much limitless how much people can pour into their cars.

But as so many people mod and upgrade theirs there's always a big pool of 2nd hand parts really cheap. I track mine so it gets used very hard, because of that i'd deliberately not gone for big power as you just start to break stuff, i'm around the 300bhp mark and with that it keeps the costs down nicely as you dont need massive oil coolers, breaking drive shafts etc. As long as you've got your head screwed on they're very reasonable performance car to run :)

I wouldn't mind one to be honest. Just always thought they was a money pit after some stories i have read.
