are you able to watch flash videos with the new ipad cus my girl friend wants to be able to watch videos about cooking so she can follow step by step sorry for all the questions

but i have one more question is installing apps easy to do on the ipad my girl friend is not that computer savvy when it comes to installing stuff and she can get very frustrated
