Hi all

The hard drive in my cousin's PC has died and I have replaced it with a new one. The original computer came with oem office 2003 professional and windows XP installed. I have a copy saved of the product keys for both through a keyfinder previously.

I had a spare oem windows xp disc which I have used with their key to re-install windows. Unfortunately I do not have a spare office 2003 oem disc with which to do the same.

The only thing that has changed is the hard drive so as it is still technically the same computer (Microsoft defines the computer that the oem license belongs to by the motherboard) the oem license is still legal etc - I just need pointing in the direction of an installer.

Alternatively if someone happens to have an oem office 2003 professional disc lying around and wouldn't mind loaning it to me that would be even better. I would happily cover the postage if you wanted.

If anyone can help please let me know

Cheers :)

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I have actually found that link already but it is for the retail disk and therefore the OEM key that I have will not work.

That is a good idea... the only problem is that they cannot remember where they bought it from - it is a very old pc (was purchased around 2007 iirc). There are no brandings or markings on the case that can help either.
