need a box!

About 2 weeks ago MS sent a box out for me. I was quite nice on the phone though and the woman said I was being upgraded to a faster service :)
 
just got an email today that my console has been shipped and i should expect it within a week.

i was expecting them to have it longer considering they got it on wednesday(shipped monday).

im impressed at how quickly they have got it repaired and sent back out, but it doesnt make up for it breaking in the first place.
