Need a build for £500 Max

So yeh i am trying to get some idea's for a £500 max budget PC for my daughters boyfriend but i am struggling on this budget. Basically he is after everything, plus monitor keyboard/mouse.

Is it even possible on this budget? He is wanting to run some of the later games if possible but of course he understands that he is never going to max said games. He would be happy with a system to run most things on medium.

So can anyone be so kind as to try and spec something for me please (If possible)

Slightly over but have included a better mobo. Maybe someone can buy him a cooler for Christmas.

Thanks for your input. When i order tomorrow I'll check for any that may of been in Black Friday deals before hand. That's a great thing to point out there. And also i may swap around a couple of bit's but the £500 budget is strict and i am not to go over by 1p lol. It's not my money so I am just doing as I'm told

He doesn't need an OS as i already have a spare Windows 7 License that i never used. Forgot to mention that bit in my original post.

I know but he's already got the rest of the budget in other presents so that's why i said "Max £500".
