Need a business contact management app for iPhone

Hey,

I'm looking for an app to start making my life easier.

I'm looking for something I can manage business clients with. Basically, I would like something where I can enter the clients details, possibly a way to take a picture of their business card, and something within that clients name, where I can add notes. Nothing too intense.

I'm currently using a butchered excel spreadsheet to do this, but I need something smoother and something I can use on all of my devices easier than the current set up is allowing me.

Does anyone know of anything that they may be able to recommend??
