Need a captcha added to site

Hi all,

I have a Contact Me page on a small website that works perfectly for my needs but i'm getting a huge amount of auto-bot spam. I think I need one of those Captcha things - anyone interested in having a look please (will pay) as my programming is zero.

Thank you and apologies, it is HTML I have a message box and an email box and a submit button. If there could be some kind of captcha before the person contacting me is allowed to press 'submit' that would be perfect.

No narrow down if somone is able to help, you might need yo give a link or a little background, such as the language used etc.
