Need a card for a Media Centre PC

Any thoughts on a ideal card for a media pc ?
PCI-E, £60 ish, not fussed about ATi or Nvidia.
Will be connecting to a Sammy LE32R51BD.

i would consider ati for apparent picture quality improvements in video/de blockin and dvd acceleration.
