Need a card with composite/coax input

Hey guys, not sure if such a thing exists, but I need a card which I can use to take an input from various kit (a couple of consoles and a sky box to be precise) and allow me to view it on my PC monitor as a pseudo-TV, I would prefer a composite input, or possibly even scart.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Alternatively, if you want to upgrade your graphics card at the same time, look for models with VIVO capability.

You can also buy USB dongles which have composite/svideo and RCA audio inputs but I cant see any of those on the website...

I had a quick look at the cards on that page, but wasn't sure which would do what I needed.

I've got a x1900xtx which i believe is VIVO capable, but I can't for the life of me work out how to get a signal from it! If you can give me any help on this it would be greatly appreciated =D
