well it depend what sort of image you like, you can either look at an antec 902 which has great cooling for any OC'ing you might do, but is a bit flashy or if you want something a bit more subdued then have a look at one of the Lian Li's

Not fussed about looks, just want good cooling & enough room for the above spec

I would go with the Antec 300, generaly regarded as one of, if not the best lower range case, loads of room and great cooling from 2 optional front fans and the two rear exaust fans. Just grab two fans for £20 and your golden. The case itself is only £50.

Other than that the Antec 900 or 900-2.

those would be fine.
Unless you want to sped the best part of £20 and get some Noctua fans that is, they're really quiet.

Get the Asus 'voltage tweek' one for only £203.

Oh, and get the Silverstone Fortress.
