Need a cheap 4K card for desktop use (non gaming)

Hi all, apologies if this has been asked before, I've tried a variety of searches but found nothing conclusive.

I need a cheap PCI-E graphics card with Displayport 1.2 (std or mini connector) that will handle 4K mainly for displaying report outputs. Doesn't need 3D capability, or to be a pro CAD/design GPU.

When I say "cheap", I mean "cheapest"! Sub-£100 if poss!

If you are going new then 750ti but some cards like 270x/ 370 could come up cheaper from time to time
