Need a cheap & basic amp recommendation

Hi there,

My step-sister has been given 2 bookshelf speakers, and she wants to connect them to her TV - it is her birthday coming up next week so I figured I would look for a basic stereo amp for her.

Max budget £50 - any suggestions?
