Need a cheap card compatible with front case ports

Hi

I hated my onboard so have been using a Creative Augidy SE (Yes an original I think) for quite a while now. Whilst it has been fine and still is, I am unable to connect the front audio jacks on my case to the card.

I'm trying to keep as cheap as possible, dont really need an X-FI unless its the only option.

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 Sound Card - OEM (30SB057000000)

Will that allow me to connect my front audio jacks (Headset/Mic) onto the card? Or do I need an X-FI.

Its hard to get the pinouts for Creatives, you need Google for them.
