I want a GFX card for my system to play a few games on Steam - not looking for anything massively powerful, but as long as it can handle portal 2 when it comes out I will be happy...

...has to be as cheap as chips too - any suggestions?

What bugdet do you have? Looking around the MM is a good suggestion from Raven.
