Need a cheap upgrade

Im looking to build a gaming pc but i need it as cheap as possible

i have a monitor/ case/ mouse /keyboard /hard drive/ and 16gb of DDR3 ram
I might also have a power supply

I dont care if the components are intel or amd old or new tech

im looking for a motherboard /CPU /graphics card / and ram if my ram is not compatible

but id like the pc to be able to game at medium specs and get around 30 fps

but it needs to be as cheap as possible

forgot to mention id like to play GTA at 30 fps

Using DDR3 you may find 2nd hand is the only way.
Whats your max budget? "cheap as possible" is a bit subjective.

What is your current specs, Some DDR3 chips are still being used for gaming

which i purchased ages ago for another pc and didn't use so they are still new and in the box
power supply is a SuperFlower Golden Green HX 550W
my budget is cheap id like to get it done for less than £200 and less than £100 which would be better
so very cheap

Whats your max budget if you had to go for new mobo+cpu+ram ?

if going second hand Z97 and 4th gen i5/7K should do the trick
