My sister has asked me to sort her out a computer for uni which she is moving away to in two weeks, my parents computer has also given up and so they've asked if I can sort out a computer for them as well. They've previously had prebuilt computers and laptops before and they just seem to deteriorate so quickly im keen to start them of on the right foot this time with a home built computer.
I built my current computer from asking for a spec here so am fine with the aspect but dont know a great deal about the best bits out there or best way to spend the money.
The budget is £500 for each comp, this would be the tower and everything in it plus a monitor. Everything else we already have. Id like a pretty plain tower case but one that does the job well, and isn't too loud.
They don't need to be particularly powerful but would need to be able to run software such as photoshop fairly well.
Would anybody be able to assist with a spec that I can take a look at, I'd like to be ordering by end of the week so i can get my sisters at least built before shes off.
