Need a CPU for wife's build

Hi all

As some of you may know I'm building my wife a little budget build.. I want to get the G4560 or G4400 CPU but both aren't in stock at OCUK or other sites... is there an alternative CPU around the same price with good performance for her games

Resident evil
The Sims
Lego (something)

So not all games that have mad graphics...

I personally want to buy from OCUK as I feel they're the best for customer service etc and deliver next day

It's an Intel boxed processor with three years warranty directly with Intel, so long term service won't be an issue, but only get the 4560 as it is 2c/4t and the 4400 is 2c/2t

I was considering getting the 4560 but I've been told it will need a BIOS update as its skylake and kabylake together... I will be ordering tomorrow so will we what I can find online... I don't mind doing a update etc just thought if I was to get the 4400 then it will just drop in the mobo with no need for updates

You might be better off getting a second hand PC. You can get a i5 2500k for a similar price second hand.

I was considering an older socks build before I purchased all the bits for a 1151 socket... problem is the price of older socket parts is still quite high

I ordered the H110M-K *B* grade from OCUK not sure how old that board is..
