ok i need a webcam

my uncle is Australia has been diagnosed with cancer and has 3 months to live.
my mum is going out there to see him but we have 3 small kids and well basically cant afford to go.

we want to hook up over skype i have never used it before but i want a decent connection.

can someone pick one out for me, as i don't know whats good.
