Well, as nice as it would be to keep "Mike Hunt" as a name, I've had enough embarrassment using as my e-mail address, so I'm determined to use something else. Also, it doesn't have to start with "DJ", sneakyd is right, it does sound a little like a happy hardcore (or cheesy trance) DJ, which is not what I want. In fact, the (serious) suggestions often sound better if you take the DJ prefix away, so I've done just that.
All suggestions are appreciated, so far I've had:
Serious ones:
Tomorrow - Not bad...
futuristic - Ok, but a bit too cheesy for me
blockrocka - I quite like this one... on the shortlist
Syncopated - Yar, also good... It means "off beat" doesn't it?
Ice - Hmm, not for me I'm afraid...
Base - I'm pretty sure someone else is already using this... I'll have to check tho
Tronix - Another one for the shortlist.
Transcode - Not suggested, but thought it sounds cool, if a bit nerdy.
Silly ones:
DJ Spandex - I'd have to go dressed as a giant condom, great novelty value, but not too practical.
DJ pootache - Makes a change from Mike Hunt I guess

Bobble Head MC & the Green Eyed Selecta! - I do like this one! Perhaps I'll have find an MC with a bobble hat!

Icy Hot Stunna. - I'll have to get some serious bling and buy a chavved up honda to fully utilise this one

Yo - Hehe, great if I was playing alongside Westwood. Not for me tho.
As far as mixes go, I haven't actually managed to get any recorded yet, but I should be able to get some recorded this weekend. Quite a good site for this sorta music is

Feel free to post any more suggestions, serious or otherwise... I still need to do a myspace page and let my mate know what to put on the flyers quite soon.
