I managed to find a set of mats from my old man's accord in the shed today, they're virtually brand new and don't look used at all but the drivers side obviously does not fit due to the throttle whilst the rest fit like a glove with the quality of the original BMW tuffed mats!

Finally no more rubber mats and the inside looks way smarter and comfier too.

I checked the usual bidding place and the mats going there are all in sets, no single driver side :/

Does anyone have a drivers side mat in good condition they don't need?

Many thanks!

I would expect your chances of finding an unaccompanied unmarked driver's side mat to be somewhere between slim and none, seeing as they are the ones that wear out before the others even have chance to get mucky. They're not that expensive for a set...

Beh! these ones do not move around, they're slightly larger in size than the original ones but the edges fit snugly in so no moving around to be had!

I might actually get the set off ebay that you linked to though in irc, the flash the photo used makes them look greyish but a quick clean should sort it I think and it would be good to keep these as spare "Just in case"

Thanks!

Cant you just take a stanley knife to the mat youve got and make it fit until you can at least find one?

I have a rubber drivers mat at the mo which is one of those cut to fit jobbies :p - I don't like rubber ones anymore, they're too....un-home-like !

Rubber mats are purely designed for the winter/wet months so to protect your mats and carpet.

I guess so, nowadays I just tell people to take their shoes off before they enter.
