If anyone has this PSU and a tester to hand could you have a quick check and see if the -5v line lights up? I just got this PSU and won't be able to put it in a completed machine until next week. But when I started it up with my PSU tester to see how quiet it was, every line except the -5v was showing as working. My OCZ Powerstream correctly lit up everything including the -5v.

It is extremely quiet though :)

Thanks.

Thanks for looking. I've just found the following on the Seasonic support site:

Q41
Why does the Seasonic power supply have an empty pin in the main power connector?

In the past, this empty pin in the main power connector was to support –5V output. Now that the –5V is no more necessary for modern PC, according to Intel’s Power Supply Design Guide, this pin should keep empty to fit the specification. Therefore, it is not a defect on your power supply. For more information, please refer to Q24 Why remove –5V?

So it looks like -5v isn't necessary now and not supported on some PSU's :)
