I doubt they sell them tbh

One way to do it would be to get a barbed fitting that fits what ever tubing your using

E.g.http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-100-XS&groupid=962&catid=1529&subcat=2587

Then a female to female fitting like so

Then just any stopper that you have with a g1/4 thread.

I'd personally use a compression fitting to make it more secure.

One of these with a blanking cap would do the job.

Alternatively you could use a ball valve assuming this is for a drain line?

yes, for the drain port at the bottom of the loop. Bought one from a competitor last time because couldn't find them on the site.
